Sagres is a popular destination for surfers. The waves on our beaches attract both beginners and experienced surfers. In our hostel we have a surf school with certified and experienced instructors who will help you get started in surfing and have a great time catching waves. Check our group surf lessons!

Sagres is a wonderful location to practice yoga, because of the natural elements of the region, making it an idyllic location for you to connect with the Atlantic ocean, allowing you to breath in the energizing sea breeze. Yoga exercises classes work your balance, strength, mobility and flexibility, through different positions and deep stretches and breaths. The physical benefits are a beautiful side effect of the activity, which leads to deeper relaxation and connection to self.
