Booking a room with us (dorms, twin rooms and studios) gives you free access to all the facilities below.
Our swimming pool with its deckchairs and outdoor shower is open for you to relax!
Our salty-water pool contains less chemicals: not only a nice gesture for the planet but also for your skin!
A common kitchen is available to every guest of the hostel. You’ll find there all the necessary appliances for you to cook and eat your favorite meals. It’s also a warm place of sharing and exchanging with other guests!
We serve delicious breakfast in the morning to power your day.
At the bar you can enjoy our juices and cocktails.
In the evening, the restaurant provides a delicious home made food, with different offers for each day of the week.
Quiet space with tables, chairs, plugs, TV screen and fast Wifi for you to work in the best conditions. Ideal for digital nomads or to host meeting presentations!

Our bathrooms are separated for men and women.
As we believe the changes we want to see in the world, due to climate changes, start in ourselves, it’s our duty as a local company to stimulate our guests to have ecological habits. All reservations in the dorm area include 1 shower of 10 min per day (200 Lt).
Additional showers can be purchased for 1€ / shower.

Around the hostel
- Local Market: To get local and fresh products (fish, vegetables…), go to the local market. It is only 15-min walk from our hostel.
- Intermarché, the supermarket, is located 5-min walk from the hostel.
To come to Sagres:
- From Lisbon’s airport: take the metro’s red line and get out at São Sebastião’s station. Go to the blue line (direction Reboleira) and get out at Jardim Zoológico’s station. Walk to the Central Bus Station and get the bus to Sagres. You can check the timetable at Rede Expresso’s website.
- From Faro’s airport: take the bus 14 or 16 to Faro Bus Terminal. From here, take the bus to Lagos Bus Terminal and then the bus to Sagres. There is a bus stop close to the hostel and you can check the timetable for buses from Lagos to Sagres at Eva’s website.
Distances:
- Lagos Bus Terminal, 31 kms from Sagres.
- Faro’s airport, 100 kms from Sagres
- Lisbon’s airport: 325 kms from Sagres
Our hostel is located 5-min walk from the bus stop. There is another stop in the city center (end of the lines usually).
Shuttle
Sagres Sun Stay has a partnership to offer shuttle between airports and our hostel. Prices by request only.
Sagres Sun Stay is next to several beaches:

- Martinhal: 1.8 km

In Sagres there are plenty of bars and restaurants close-by the hostel.
A local café is also located right next to the hostel where you can buy the famous pasteis de nata, have a coffee or buy tobacco.
In Sagres, there are plenty of shops, especially ones dedicated to surf equipment.
One of the shops that we recommend is the local pottery shop. Even the facade of the building is atypical!
In addition of the wonderful landscapes that Sagres offers, there are a few cultural sites to visit.
