Sagres Sun Stay – Terms and Conditions

 

The company Zonas Dinâmicas, Lda, representing Sagres Sun Stay – Surfcamp & Hostel shall hereinafter be referred to as “Sagres Sun Stay”, “the company”, “we/us”, or “the Hostel”.

A)General Hostel Rules

1 –  In case of any damage or loss of the material(s), the client will be required to pay according to the price/budget established by the enterprise.

2 – Guests who purchase the sports packages:

2.1- Are responsible for the use of the equipment. In case of loss or damage, they must pay for the equipment purchase.

2.2- Group lessons must be composed of at least 3 people, otherwise it will be considered a private class, to which other costs will be applied.

3 –  Pets are not allowed inside the Hostel’s premises.

3.1 – Upon previous consultation, pets may be exceptionally allowed exclusively in our Studios.

4 –  It is not allowed to smoke in any closed areas.

5- Guests are required to inform us of any food allergies, physical disabilities, or relevant medical conditions.

6 – It is not allowed to make loud noise between midnight and 8am.

7 – All guests shall follow the rules for the common spaces, ensuring a respectful and enjoyable environment for all. The Hostel will take no liability for personal belongings left unattended in the common spaces.

8 – Guests must comply with all safety and hygiene norms as directed by the company and local authorities, as well as applicable contingency plans and emergency evacuation rules. These rules will be available on display at the premises of our Hostel.

9 – The swimming pool is open to all guests at specific hours. Guests who use the swimming pool shall read and comply with the safety & hygiene rules stated at the pool’s entrance.

10 – The common spaces are to be used exclusively by the Hostel guests. The Hostel reserves the right to change or limit the opening hours of the common spaces without prior notice, according to reasons to be established by the company.

11 – Guests who do not respect the rules may be expelled by Sagres Sun Stay, in which case they will lose the right to refunds or cover for additional expenses.

 

B)  Reservations and Payments

1 – In order to make any kind of reservation, the clients must provide their ID/Passport/Other identification document, VAT  number, their home address, mobile number and e-mail address. Occasionally, if needed, other info might be asked as well.

2 – A reservation is only effective after the Hostel has given its consent to it, which will happen based on availability and after receiving the respective payment (through agencies or directly at Check-In). The confirmation e-mail will provide the client with a confirmation code and the respective included services.

3 – Guests can pay with debit/credit cards (all kinds except American Express), cash or by Bank Transfer. For the latter to be acceptable, the clients must always send the proof of the transaction before their arrival, so our accountant can confirm the deposit.

4 – To confirm your pre booking, we request a transfer of 50% of the agreed value, and the remaining 50% will be payed at the time of Check In. For this to be accepted the clients must send the proof of transaction. You will have 3 days to confirm your pre-booking, otherwise it will be cancelled.

5 – Sagres Sun Stay reserves itself the right to alter the prices advertised in the website without previous notice.

 

C)  Stays and Packages

1 –In order to confirm the reservation, a 50% of the agreed value must be paid within two weeks before the client’s arrival. The financial details will be supplied to the client via e-mail, as a response, after they have filled in our online form in the website.

2 – In case of loss or damage to any keys/key-card provided by the Hostel to the guests, the additional cost of 10€ per key and 5 € per key-card will be charged.

3 – People under 18-years-old can make a reservation provided they present a signed document containing their tutor’s (mother/father/family member) express authorization. Reservations by underage people will only be accepted when accompanied by a person older than 18 and for a twin private room/studio.

4 – Bed linen and shower towels will be provided for each guest in all twin rooms and studios. In the dormitories, bed linen and a duvet are included, whereas towels can be rented at the reception for EUR 2 each, subject to a security deposit of EUR 20, which will be refunded in person upon return of the towel.

 

D) Showers

1 – Due to our eco-friendly sustainability compromise, to all reservations in the dormitories include one timed shower per day. Additional showers can be purchased for EUR1 per shower

2 – Additional shower time will have an additional cost of 1€ per 10 minutes, which can be acquired through the automatic machines located at each shower.

3 – Safety and hygiene rules must be followed as directed by the company and staff.

 

E) Check-In & Check-Out

1 – Upon arriving, for Checking-In, each guest must fill in an individual registration form where their names, ID number and other data will be asked for (you can read more on this in our Privacy Policy below).

  1. 1. However, in certain situations (such as pandemics or other exceptional situations determined by national or local authorities), the Hostel may send said registration form via e-mail directly to the client before their scheduled arrival, so they can fill it in digitally and forward it to us.

2 – Check-In time for Dorms and Twin Rooms goes from 16h until 21h.

2.1 – Check-In time for Studios starts at 17h00. The client will be provided with an access code sent by e-mail, with which they can open a safe containing the key, at any time.

3 – Check-out should be done until 11h00.

4 – The rescheduling of the Check-Out for the following day (or later days) may be possible upon consultation, always depending on the availability and agreement on behalf of the Hostel.

5 – Checking-Out one or more days before the scheduled date will not imply a refund to the client for the night(s) and/or breakfast previously paid for.

 

F) Restaurant / Bar

1 – Breakfast will be available between 8h45 and 10h.

1.1 – In case of no-show for breakfast previously paid for/included in the stay, the respective value will not be refunded.

2 – The Restaurant and Bar will be open according to the schedule that will be posted on its doors.

3 – The “lunch boxes” are included in the accommodation plus sport activity packages, having an individual cost of 5€ if the customer wishes to purchase them separately.

4 – The customer must inform the Hostel regarding any allergies, intolerances or other food restrictions. The Hostel waives any liability for the consequences that may arise from the omission of such information.

5 – According with the legislation in force, it is prohibited to provide, sell or make available in public places or places open to the public, regardless of commercial objectives:

(a) Spirit drinks, or similar, to persons under 18 years of age;

(b) All alcoholic beverages, spirits and non-spirits, to persons under 16 years of age;

(c) All alcoholic beverages, spirituous and non-spirituous, to those who are notoriously intoxicated or mentally unstable.

5.1. It is forbidden for the persons referred to in the preceding paragraph to consume alcoholic beverages in public places open to the public.

5.2. For the purposes of applying the previous numbers, the presentation of an identification document enabling proof of age may be required, and such a request shall be made whenever there is any doubt regarding such cases.

G) Water Sports & Other Activities

1 – The Sagres Sun Stay – Surf Camp & Hostel works in partnership with other entities in order to provide our guests water sports experiences, such as Surf and Windsurf lessons, among others, as well as trekking and bicycle hikes.

1.1 – When guests enroll in a water sport class, they will be automatically accepting the terms and conditions/safety rules stated by us and our partners. 

1.2 – Bicycle rental also implies acceptance of applicable terms and conditions.

1.3 – During water sports classes the clients must behave according to the rules provided by the instructors, taking into account their safety and that of others’. Any accidents arising from the clients’ non-compliance with directions from the instructors will be excluded from the Hostel’s responsibility.

1.4 – During water sports classes, the guests will be liable for any loss or damage to the materials that is done intentionally, or results from non-compliance with the instructor’s rules and/or negligence.

1.5 – Clients that take part in Surf/Windsurf Lessons and Surfing Equipment Rentals agree to the following waiver:

Assumption of Risk – I am aware that surfing is an activity that involves the risk of injury or even death. I freely accept and fully assume that I participate at my own risk and the company is not responsible for any risks, dangers and hazards associated with the activity.

When participating in an SSS Surfing lesson or Rental I hereby agree as follows:

a) To waive any and all claims that I have or may in the future have against SSS and to release SSS from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer or that my next-of-kin may suffer as a result of my participation in an SSS surfing rental or event due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence, breach of contract or breach of any statutory or other duty of care, on the part of SSS, and further including the failure on the part of SSS to safeguard or protect me from or warn me of the risks, dangers and hazards of participating in an SSS surfing lesson, rental or event;

b) To hold harmless and indemnify SSS from any and all liability for any property damage or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in an SSS surfing lesson, rental or event;

c) This Release Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next-of-kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity;

d) This Release Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Release Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Portugal and no other jurisdiction;

e) Any litigation involving the parties to this Release Agreement shall be brought solely within the State of Portugal.

 

2 – The Hostel also provides the rental of surf equipment.

2.1 – Before proceeding with the surf equipment rental, the clients must inform the Hostel whether they have any physical disabilities and/or medical conditions that may interfere with their ability to safely practice any water sports. The omission of that information excludes the Hostel’s and respective partners’ responsibility for any events that may follow.

2.2 – Upon requesting the surf equipment, the clients must leave a deposit, the value of which will depend on the kind of equipment being rented.        

2.3 – Clients must use the rented equipments with care and good sense. The Hostel assumes no liability as to accidents involving the client and/or third persons that may happen due to negligence or wrong use of the equipment by the clients.

2.4 – In case of loss or damage to the equipment, the client will lose the deposit and be charged for the respective remaining value, when applicable.

3 – Any other activities that take place on the Hostel premises (such as, but not limited to: yoga or other classes, massages, etc.), and that are provided by third parties, will be totally excluded from the scope of responsibility of the Hostel.

 

H) Insurance

Our hostel is insured according to the laws in force.

 

I) Accomodation Capacity

1. The Hostel will accomodate guests from the same booking in the same room/dorm whenever that is possible; however, for reservations of 2 dorm beds or more, this may not be always be guaranteed.

  1. – Each Twin Room has the capacity for 2 to 3 people, with the possibility of adding an extra bed depending on availability and previous consultation.
  2. – Children can only be accommodated in private rooms or Studios. Children are not permitted in the dormitories.

2. The Hostel does not provide cots.

4.  Each Studio has capacity for 2 and 3 people respectively.

 

J) Cancellation policies

1 – Any cancellations or changes to the reservations must be communicated to the Hostel via e-mail to [email protected] , providing your reservation number, first and last name, and stay dates.

2- Clients who book stays in our Private Twin Rooms or Dormitories may cancel their reservation up to 4 days prior to the scheduled Check-In day, in which case no costs will be charged.

2.1 – For cancellations done beyond this period and until the day scheduled for the Check-In, the Hostel will charge 50% of the total cost for the scheduled reservation.

2.2 – Clients who fail to show up on the Check-In date constitute a “no-show”, which will be charged for the full value of the booked stay.

3 – Clients who purchase any of the Packages may cancel:

3.1 – 7 days ahead, free of charge, in which case the deposit will be given back within a maximum of 30 days ; or

3.2 – Until the day prior to the scheduled Check-In, for a 50% refund (deposit value);

3.3 – Upon arrival and during your stay no refunds will be made except in the case of serious illness or injury.

4 – The activities included in the purchased packages are not susceptible of being exchanged for a different activity.

 

K) Vouchers

Any refunds agreed to between the client and the Hostel will be made in the form of a personal and non-transmissible Voucher, valid for 2 years after its emission.

 

L) Bookings Placed Through Partner Entities

1 – Sagres Sun Stay – Hostel and Surfcamp collaborates with partner entities, such as travel agencies, event organisers and promoters, and tourist entertainment companies, amongst others, to whom it is permitted to advertise and sell services provided by Sagres Sun Stay – Hostel and Surfcamp.

2 – For reservations, products and services requested or acquired through partner entities, and without prejudice to the rules contained in these terms and conditions, other rules determined by these entities may be applicable, which should be consulted with these entities.

3- The Hostel will not assume any responsibility for conflicts that may arise from lack of consultation or incorrect interpretation of the rules defined by the partner entities.

 

M) Extraordinary circumstances

All the rules contained in the present Terms and Conditions regulation may be modified upon the verification of extraordinary circumstances, such as, but not limited to: states of exception or emergency, pandemics, wars, extreme weather events, among others; according to impositions, directives or recommendations issued by national, local, or community authorities. For further information, please contact the Hostel through the usual means.

The type of personal information we collect

We collect some personal information about visitors and users of our websites.

Sagres Sun Stay – Termos e Condições

 

A empresa Zonas Dinâmicas, Lda., representante do Sagres Sun Stay – Surfcamp & Hostel será doravante no presente designada por “Sagres Sun Stay – Hostel e Surfcamp”, “SSS”, “a empresa”, “nós”, ou “o Hostel”.

 

A) Regras Gerais do Hostel

1 –  Em caso de dano ou perda do(s) material/materiais pertencentes ao Hostel, o hóspede será responsável pelo pagamento do preço/orçamento estipulado pela empresa.

2 – Os hóspedes que adquirem os pacotes desportivos:

2.1- Serão responsáveis pelo uso do equipamento. Em caso de perda ou dano, deverão pagar o valor do equipamento.

2.2- Aulas de grupo deverão ser compostas por, pelo menos, 3 pessoas; aulas compostas por duas pessoas serão consideradas aulas privadas, às quais outros custos serão aplicados.

3 –  Não é permitida a presença de animais de estimação.

3.1 – Sob consulta prévia, poderá excepcionalmente ser admitida a presença de animais exclusivamente nos Studios.

4 –  Não é permitido fumar em espaços fechados.

5 – Os hóspedes deverão informar-nos acerca de quaisquer alergias, deficiências físicas, ou condições médicas relevantes.

6 –  Não é permitido fazer ruído entre as 00h e as 8h da manhã.

7 – Todos os hóspedes devem seguir as regras para os espaços comuns, assegurando um ambiente agradável e de respeito para todos. O Hostel não se responsabilizará por quaisquer pertences deixados nos espaços comuns.

8 – Os hóspedes devem cumprir todas as normas de higiene e segurança conforme ditadas pela empresa e autoridades locais, assim como os planos de contingência e de evacuação de emergência, sempre que aplicável. Estas normas estarão disponíveis para consulta nas instalações do Hostel.

9 – A piscina está aberta a todos os hóspedes em horários definidos. Os hóspedes que utilizam a piscina devem ler e cumprir as regras de segurança e higiene que estão plasmadas no recinto da piscina.

10 – Os espaços comuns são áreas de utilização exclusiva aos clientes do Hostel. O Hostel reserva-se o direito de alterar ou limitar os horários de funcionamento dos espaços comuns sem aviso prévio, conforme os motivos que a empresa determinar.

11 – Os hóspedes que não respeitem as regras poderão ser convidados a sair pelo Sagres Sun Stay, caso em que perderão o direito a reembolsos ou cobertura de despesas adicionais.

 

B)  Reservas e Pagamentos 

1 – Para procedermos a qualquer tipo de reserva, necessitamos de pedir aos clientes a sua a identificação, número de identificação fiscal, morada, endereço de e-mail e contacto de telefónico. Outros dados poderão também ser solicitados, se necessário.

2 – A reserva só será definitiva após o Hostel ter consentido com a mesma, o que acontecerá consoante a disponibilidade e após recebimento do pagamento respectivo (através de agências bancárias ou directamente no Check-In). A confirmação através de e-mail indicará ao cliente o código de confirmação e os serviços incluídos na reserva.

3 – Os hóspedes podem pagar com cartões de débito/crédito (de qualquer tipo excepto American Express), dinheiro ou transferência bancária. Para que a última seja aceite, o cliente deve enviar por e-mail o comprovativo de pagamento antes da sua chegada ao Hostel, para que o nosso departamento financeiro possa confirmar o depósito.

4 – Para confirmar a pré-reserva, exigimos uma transferência de 50% do valor acordado, sendo os restantes 50% pagos no momento do Check-In. Para que este pagamento seja aceite, o cliente deverá enviar comprovativo da transacção. O cliente dispõe de 3 dias para confirmar a pré-reserva, sob pena de cancelamento.

5 – O Sagres Sun Stay reserva-se o direito de alterar os preços anunciados no website sem aviso prévio.

 

C)  Dormidas e Pacotes

1 – A reserva de pacotes será confirmada mediante pagamento de 50% do valor acordado até duas semanas antes da data de chegada do cliente. Os dados bancários serão fornecidos ao cliente via e-mail, como resposta, após o preenchimento do formulário online disponível no nosso website.

2 – Em caso de perda ou dano causado a chaves/cartões-chave fornecidos pelo Hostel aos hóspedes, será cobrado o custo adicional de 10€ por chave e 5€ por cartão.

3 – Menores de 18 anos de idade apenas podem proceder a reservas mediante a apresentação de documento assinado pelo tutor legal (mãe/pai/encarregado de educação) que contenha autorização expressa para o efeito. Reservas efectuadas por menores de idade apenas serão aceites quando o menor seja acompanhado por maior de idade, e para quartos privados ou studios.

4 – As roupas de cama e atoalhados de duche para cada hóspede serão disponibilizados em todos os quartos twin e Studios. No caso dos dormitórios, a roupa de cama e um edredão estão incluídos, enquanto que as toalhas poderão ser alugadas na recepção por EUR 2 cada, e mediante prestação de caução no valor de EUR 20 que será restituída presencialmente após a devolução da toalha.

 

D) Duches

1 – No contexto da nossa política de sustentabilidade, todas as reservas nos dormitórios incluem 1 chuveiro temporizado por dia . Podem ser adquiridos duches adicionais por 1 EUR, por chuveiro.   

2 – As regras de segurança e higiene devem ser cumpridas conforme estipulado pela empresa e pelo staff.

 

E) Check-In & Check-Out

1 – À chegada para o Check-In, cada hóspede terá de preencher uma ficha individual de registo onde serão pedidos nome, número de identificação civil e outros dados pessoais (para mais informações consultar a Política de Privacidade).

1.1 – No entanto, em determinadas situações (como por exemplo pandemias ou outras situações de excepção determinadas pelas autoridades nacionais ou locais), o Hostel poderá enviar a referida ficha individual ao cliente directamente por e-mail, antes da data fixada para a sua chegada, para que este possa preenchê-la digitalmente e reencaminhá-la de volta para o Hostel.

2 – O horário de Check-In para Quartos Twin e Dormitórios é entre as 16h00 e as 21h. 

2.1 – O Check-In para os Studios incia-se às 17h, e o cliente dispõe de um código enviado por e-mail para abertura de um cofre onde encontrará a chave.

3 – O horário de Check-out (para todas as tipologias) é até às 11h00. 

4 – O reagendamento do Check-Out para data posterior poderá ser possível mediante consulta, dependendo sempre da disponibilidade e consentimento por parte do Hostel.

5 – Efectuar o Check-Out um ou mais dias antes da data fixada não implicará o reembolso ao cliente das noites e/ou pequeno almoço previamente pagos.

 

F) Restaurante / Bar 

1 – O Pequeno Almoço estará disponível entre as 8h45 e as 10h.

1.1 – Em caso de não comparência para pequeno almoço previamente pago/incluído na estadia, o valor do mesmo não será reembolsado.

2 – O Restaurante e o Bar funcionarão de acordo com o horário afixado na respectiva porta.

3 – As “lunch boxes” integram a oferta dos pacotes de acomodação e aulas desportivas, tendo o custo individual de 5€ caso o cliente pretenda adquirir em separado.

4 – O cliente deverá informar o Hostel acerca de quaisquer alergias, intolerâncias ou outras restrições alimentares, renunciando o Hostel a qualquer responsabilidade nas consequências que possam advir da omissão de tal informação.

5 – De acordo com a legislação em vigor, é proibido facultar, vender ou colocar à disposição em locais públicos e abertos ao público, independentemente dos objetivos comerciais:

a) Bebidas espirituosas, ou equiparadas, a menores de 18 anos de idade;

b) Todas as bebidas alcoólicas, espirituosas e não espirituosas, a menores de 16 anos de idade;

c) Todas as bebidas alcoólicas, espirituosas e não espirituosas, a quem se apresente notoriamente embriagado ou com anomalia psíquica.

5.1 – É proibido às pessoas referidas no número anterior consumir bebidas alcoólicas em locais públicos e abertos ao público.

5.2 – Para efeitos de aplicação dos números anteriores pode ser exigida a apresentação de um documento de identificação que permita a comprovação de idade, devendo tal pedido ser feito sempre que existam dúvidas relativas a estes casos.

 

G) Desportos Aquáticos & Outras Actividades

1 – O Sagres Sun Stay – Surf Camp & Hostel trabalha através de parcerias com outras entidades a fim de proporcionar aos seus hóspedes experiências relacionadas com desportos aquáticos, tais como aulas de Surf e Windsurf, entre outras, e bem como percursos de caminhada e BTT.

1.1 – Aquando da inscrição nas aulas de desportos aquáticos, o cliente aceita automaticamente os termos e condições/regras de segurança estipuladas por nós e pelos nossos parceiros, as quais estarão disponíveis para consulta na recepção.

1.2 – O aluguer de bicicletas implica a aceitação dos termos e condições aplicáveis.

1.3 – Durante as aulas de desportos aquáticos os clientes deverão comportar-se de acordo com as regras providenciadas pelos instrutores, tendo sempre em conta a sua segurança e a de terceiros à sua volta. Quaisquer acidentes resultantes do desrespeito por parte do cliente das orientações dadas pelos instrutores excluem a responsabilidade do parceiro e do Hostel.

1.4 – Durante as aulas de desportos aquáticos, os clientes serão responsáveis por qualquer perda ou dano aos materiais que seja causado intencionalmente ou por negligência, ou que resulte do não-cumprimento das regras e orientações dadas pelo instrutor.

1.5 – A participação em Aulas de Surf/Windsurf e Aluguer de Equipamento de Surf significa a aceitação automática do seguinte termo de responsabilidade:

Assunção de Risco – Estou ciente de que o Surf/Windsurf é uma actividade que envolve o risco de ferimentos ou mesmo de morte. Aceito tal livremente, e assumo plenamente que participo nestas actividades por minha conta e risco, sem imputar à empresa quaisquer riscos ou perigos inerentes à actividade.

Ao participar numa aula ou aluguer de material de Surf/Windsurf, concordo com o seguinte:

a) Renunciar a toda e qualquer reivindicação que eu tenha ou possa vir a ter no futuro contra a SSS e libertar a SSS de toda e qualquer responsabilidade por qualquer perda, dano, despesa ou lesão, incluindo morte, que eu ou os meus herdeiros possam vir a sofrer como resultado da minha participação num evento ou aluguer de Surf em qualquer evento, incluindo negligência, quebra de obrigações contratuais ou violação de qualquer dever legal ou outro dever de cuidado, por parte do SSS, e ainda a falha por parte do SSS em proteger-me ou avisar-me dos riscos e perigos que a participação numa aula, aluguer ou evento de Surf/Windsurf acarreta;

b) Isentar e indemnizar o SSS de toda e qualquer responsabilidade por qualquer dano patrimonial ou danos pessoais a terceiros resultantes da minha participação numa aula, aluguer ou evento de surf SSS;

c) O presente termo de responsabilidade será efectivo e vinculativo para os meus herdeiros, executores, administradores, cessionários e representantes, no caso da minha morte ou incapacidade;

d) O presente acordo de exoneração e quaisquer direitos, deveres e obrigações entre as partes emergentes do presente acordo serão regidos e interpretados exclusivamente de acordo com as leis do Estado de Portugal e nenhuma outra jurisdição;

e) Para qualquer litígio que envolva as partes do presente acordo, serão competentes os tribunais portugueses.

2 – O Hostel também providencia aluguer de equipamento de Surf.

2.1 – Antes de proceder ao aluguer de equipamento de Surf, o cliente deve informar o Hostel acerca de quaisquer deficiências físicas e/ou condições médicas que possam interferir com a sua capacidade para praticar desportos aquáticos em segurança. A omissão destas informações exclui a responsabilidade do Hostel e respectivos parceiros perante quaisquer eventos daí decorrentes.

2.2 – Aquando da reserva do equipamento de Surf, o cliente deve deixar uma caução, cujo valor dependerá do tipo de equipamento a alugar.

2.3 – Os clientes devem utilizar o equipamento alugado com cuidado e atenção. O Hostel não assume responsabilidade sobre quaisquer acidentes que envolvam o cliente e/ou terceiros que decorram de negligência ou uso inapropriado do equipamento por parte do cliente.

2.4 – Em caso de perda ou dano ao equipamento, o cliente perde o direito à restituição da caução, e ser-lhe-á ainda cobrado o valor remanescente do equipamento, quando aplicável.

3 – Outras actividades para além das supra descritas que decorram nas instalações do Hostel (tais como, mas não limitado a: aulas de yoga ou outras, massagens, etc.), e que sejam prestadas por entidades terceiras, estarão totalmente excluídas do âmbito de responsabilidade do Hostel.

 

H) Seguros

O Hostel dispõe de apólices de seguro activas de acordo com a legislação em vigor.

 

I) Capacidade de Acomodação

1 – O Hostel acomodará os hóspedes da mesma reserva no mesmo quarto/dormitório sempre que possível; no entanto, para reservas de 2 ou mais camas em dormitório, tal não poderá ser garantido em todas as ocasiões.

2 – Cada Quarto Twin tem capacidade para 2 a 3 pessoas, com a possibilidade de adicionar uma cama extra, dependendo de disponibilidade e consulta prévia.

3 – Crianças apenas poderão ser acomodadas em quartos privados ou Studios. Não são permitidas crianças nos dormitórios.

3.1 – O Hostel não disponibiliza berços. 

4 – Cada Studio tem capacidade, respectivamente, para 2 e 3 pessoas.

 

J) Políticas de Cancelamento

1 – Quaisquer cancelamentos ou alterações à reserva deverão ser comunicadas ao Hostel via e-mail para o endereço [email protected] , indicando o número de reserva, primeiro e último nome em que a reserva foi efectuada, e as datas da estadia.

2- As reservas de estadia nos Dormitórios e Quartos Twin poderão ser canceladas até 4 dias antes da data agendada para o Check-In, não sendo neste caso cobrados quaisquer custos.

2.1 – Em cancelamentos efectuados após este período e até à data agendada para o Check-In, será cobrado 50% do valor total da reserva.

2.2 – No caso de não comparência pelo cliente, será cobrado o valor total da reserva.

3 – Clientes que adquiram qualquer dos Pacotes poderão cancelar:

3.1 – Gratuitamente com até 7 dias de antecedência, sendo que o valor de depósito/caução será devolvido na totalidade no prazo máximo de 1 mês.

3.2 – Em cancelamentos efectuados até ao dia anterior à data agendada para o Check-In, será cobrado 50% do valor total da reserva.

3.3 – Aquando da chegada e durante a estadia não serão feitos reembolsos excepto em caso de doença ou acidente graves.

4 – As actividades incluídas nos pacotes adquiridos não poderão ser substituídas por actividade de modalidade diferente.

 

K) Vouchers

Quaisquer reembolsos de valores a que possa haver lugar conforme acordado entre o cliente e o Hostel serão efectuados no formato de Voucher, pessoal e intransmissível, com validade de 2 anos após a respectiva emissão.

 

L) Reservas Efectuadas através de Entidades Parceiras

1 – O Sagres Sun Stay – Hostel e Surfcamp colabora com entidades parceiras tais como agências de viagens, organizadores e promotores de eventos, e empresas de animação turística, entre outras, às quais é permitido publicitar e vender serviços providenciados pelo Sagres Sun Stay – Hostel e Surfcamp.

2 – Às reservas, produtos e serviços solicitados ou adquiridos através de entidades parceiras, e sem prejuízo das regras constantes nos presentes termos e condições, poderão ser aplicáveis regras determinadas por estas, as quais deverão ser consultadas junto das mesmas.

3 – O Hostel não assumirá responsabilidade pelos conflitos que possam advir da falta de consulta ou incorrecta interpretação das regras definidas pelas entidades parceiras.

 

M) Circunstâncias extraordinárias

Todas as regras contidas no presente regulamento poderão ser alteradas mediante verificação de circunstâncias extraordinárias, como por exemplo: estados de excepção ou emergência, pandemias, guerras, eventos climatéricos extremos, entre outros; conforme imposições, directivas ou recomendações provenientes de autoridades nacionais, locais, ou comunitárias.
